PERSONNEL
All employees are required to complete an intensive structured induction programme when joining the company, with regular refresher courses.  All vehicle recovery technicians are required to meet specified standards and certification by recognised organisations in all aspects of training.

Vehicle Recovery technicians are supplied and required to wear company uniforms, identity cards, and safety footwear, again supplied by the company. All employees are instructed in safe roadside working and adhere to the principals of the modular training videos, Life on the Edge. All employees are instructed to comply with the Health and Safety regulations.
